Australia
All orders over $200 receive free standard shipping Australia-wide.
Standard Shipping within Australia usually takes between 3-7 business days, however can vary especially in peak periods. On orders under $200, standard shipping is $12.
Express shipping usually takes 1-4 business days. We offer express shipping for $15 Australia-wide.

Adelaide residents are more than welcome to pick up their pieces from our home workshop in the Eastern Suburbs, please contact us to do so!
International
We offer standard international shipping worldwide for $30 AUD (Excl. NZ: $17 AUD). Please contact us for express shipping rates as these differ from country to country.
Returns
Due to the nature of our unique, one of a kind pieces, we do not offer returns for change of mind, but please reach out to us as we operate on a case by case basis and are always here to help!
If your purchase was received faulty or broken, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist further.
Wrong size rings can be exchanged for a different size within 14 days, where difference in prices of gemstone rings can be refunded or will need to be paid.
Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due for hygiene reasons.
